Lantic Surf Details - 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6

Lantic Surf accommodates up to 6 people in a spacious 3-bedroom bungalow in a quiet close in St Merryn Park. All accommodation is on one level.

The accommodation comprises of:

Lounge

• Open plan lounge/diner. The lounge has traditional furniture to seat up to 6, 40" Smart TV, Docking Station/Speakers and Wi-Fi.

Dining area

• Large dining table and chairs to comfortably seat 6 people. The dining room opens out onto the patio with a gas BBQ and garden furniture. Perfect to unwind after a busy day exploring the beaches.

Kitchen

• The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your holiday including a Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, and washing machine. Ironing board, iron, and clothes dryer are provided.

Bedroom 1

• The main bedroom is overlooking the garden with a standard double bed and plenty of storage including a wardrobe and chest of drawers. 

Bedroom 2

• The second bedroom is overlooking the front garden, 2 single beds with wardrobe and chest of draws. Wall-mounted TV.

Bedroom 3

• Overlooking the front garden, 2 single beds, wardrobe with drawer space.

Bathroom

• Bath, basin, WC, separate electric shower cubicle, towel radiator.

Outside

• Decked patio area, enclosed lawned garden, garden furniture, gas BBQ (Gas is provided)
• There is plenty of on road parking just outside the bungalow.

We also provide: Egyptian Cotton bed linen, towels, tea towels, dishcloths, washing up liquid, cleaning products, clothes airer, rotary airer, iron, ironing board, hairdryer and kitchen cupboard condiments.

NOTES

• Two dogs are welcome, and they will enjoy the large, enclosed garden.
• Smoking is NOT PERMITTED. 
• We do not accept Hen or Stag Party bookings or similar. Thank you.
